General Terms

Please read this in full
When commissioning me, please provide: visual references, A couple sentences about the character (not a paragraph)
I have a right to refuse any commission or sale for any reason
Contact me via any of my social handles on my home page for a commission inquiry
You must be 18 or older to do business with me

Payment

Payment is in USD through PayPal
Please wait for me to send you an invoice
All commissions/designs are to be paid in full, upfront

Process

I will not start until payment is received
I will provide at least 1 (one) sketch to be approved for any commission that is not a chibi
I tend to do chibi styles fast, so I may not provide a sketch
You may tell me of any poses or expressions you would like and I will do my best
I allow very minor changes once it is completed (if I got a detail of your oc's design wrong)
I tend to complete them within 2 weeks, however life happens and it could take longer, I will let you know if so

I as the artist hold the rights to the artwork I provide. Therefor I may use it for self-promotion and to display anywhere I wish
You as the commissioner are allowed to use the artwork for personal use only unless otherwise discussed. Claim the right of the character but not the artwork. Print it for personal use. Use the art to promote yourself with proper credit to me, the artist. Upload it as you see fit, again with credit to me for the artwork.

Examples of copyright infringement

Reproducing or making copies in any way for monetary gain. (You make money off of it)
Taking credit for the artwork
Removing any watermarks or signatures
Altering the artwork without my consent

Cancellation/Refunding policy

I have the right to cancel the commission at any point for any reason. You will receive a full refund
You do not have the right to cancel the commission or demand a refund after I have started work on it, if under specific circumstances, I may refund you a portion of the commission.
If I have not started it you may request a refund

Adopt/Design policy

My artwork policies above all apply to adopts/designs I make, as it is still my own artwork
There are no world restrictions so treat it like an oc in whatever setting or anything you wish
You cannot make the design into a closed species or make your own in it's style for monetary gain. You may give the design a species name for use in your own stories. Offspring are not allowed, except by explicit permission, and then if you sell the design later, the offspring DO NOT go with it, it should cease to exist as I consider that making your own in the likeness of my original
You may ask me for minor edits to the design, I do not have to grant the request. If you wish to alter it in any way after, recreate your own artwork, do not edit over my original artwork. And the original MUST be displayed along with your edit (like in a Toyhouse gallery etc..)
You may resell. trade, or gift it for what you paid for (additional artwork added on only if the artist of that artwork allows)
You may trade it if you bought or traded for it
You may NOT trade or resell it if you got it as a gift
Please buy responsibly. If you buy it from me, I will not refund you if you decide you do not want it. Once payment is given and I give you the adopt the sale is set. It's up to you to find a new home if you wish to part from it.
You may design an alternate form of it (ex. If the design is feral you can make a human version and vise versa) but you do not get to separate them from the original and sell the alt. form as it's own entity
I do not do holds for first-time clients
